1)Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Items will be checked by the supplier before sending out, thus all items are mailed out in proper condition.

2)For those opting for items to be sent via normal local postage, we, Momosuki, will not be liable if the parcel is lost or damaged during the mailing process. Therefore, it is advised to choose registered postage.
