To sign up for an account you can either click here or the "Register" on the top right hand corner.

>I want to change my profile information, what should i do?

Login to your account, and click on "Profile details" at the side to update your personal information.

>I lost my password, do i need to register a new account?

Nope, its unneccessary to have a new account because you can retrieve your password by clicking here.

Making Payment

>What kind of payments do you accept?

We accepts bank transfer to our local POSB/UOB/OCBC accounts as well as credit/debit cards via Paypal.

>I do not have Paypal account, so can i still pay using my credit card?

Yes, it is not neccessary to own a Paypal account. Just fill in the required details as below when checkout. If you have problem with paying with credit card, click here.

>I should make payment by when?

If you are paying through bank transfer, please make payment within 48 hours. Order will be automatically cancelled if payment not receive by the given time.

Delivery of Goods

>What kind of delivery do you provide?

For locally, we provide free normal mailing, or with just a top up of S$2.50 we can mail your items (up to 5 items max) via registered mailing. For more than 5 items, you can choose using Speedpost Islandwide or private courier.

For worldwide, your items will be send out by Speedpost Air Parcel or EMS.
